Full Annual HV Maintenance

WHAT THE CLIENT WANTED

Our scope of work included for a bespoke maintenance programme to include for full HV maintenance on Ring Main Units, HV & LV Switchgear and oil/midel cooled transformers. The maintenance programme has been drafted across 5 Anaerobic Digestion sites operated by our client.

What We Did

After an initial site inspection of all 5 sites across the UK & Wales, INDSS worked in tandem with the client to design a 4 year maintenance programme for each site which included the following services; an appointed Senior Authorised Person to take control of the HV network across all sites, Annual oil sampling of the oil cooled transformers inclusive of full analysis reports, annual visual inspections of all HV equipment, full intrusive maintenance to be executed in the 4 year period.

This bespoke maintenance program was designed to suit our client’s business needs and requirements as minimal disruption to the HV supply was paramount due to the nature of the business.
