EMERGENCY CALL OUTS

 

INDSS Ltd can provide a comprehensive Emergency Call Out service. This provides a 4-hour response time for our engineers to attend site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our Engineer will attend site, assess the problem and where, possible provide an immediate solution. Where this is not possible, our Engineer can mobilise suitable staff and equipment to rectify the emergency quickly and efficiently.

Usually this service is included in our CONTROL OPERATION AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (COPMC).

CABLE FAULT LOCATION

INDSS Ltd can offer a service to attend site to investigate suspected cable faults. Fault finding on switchgear will be carried out to eliminate any faults before progressing to testing of the cable.

Our cable fault services include, but are not limited to:

  • Issue of permits required to work/fault find
  • Identification of cable
  • Location of fault within the cable
  • Jointing of cable to facilitate repair
  • Test and commissioning of the cable back into service
