WHAT THE CLIENT WANTED

Our client approached us looking for advice on how to undertake the transformer maintenance on site as the transformer compound was very overgrown with foliage. Our client was very nervous about shutting down the site due to having high end clients and maintaining essential supplies was paramount.

What We Did

After an initial site inspection, INDSS drafted a works programme which included for removal of the foliage whilst essential supplies to the site were maintained. Upon approval from our client, INDSS commenced work with removal of heavy foliage around the transformer, whilst taking care to preserve all wildlife.

Once the area was clear and free from any obstructions, INDSS commenced with maintaining the transformer including replacing a perished silica gel breather.

This project was completed was completed in one day, within budget and without any incidents on site.
